Case Management

Carver has one bilingual case manager who coordinates a variety of services including health, education, legal, financial, and employment services for individuals and families. The primary goal is to make people more self-sufficient and improve the conditions in which they live, empowering them to own a stake in their community. Other goals include creating partnerships between the supporters and providers of services to low-income people, increasing Carver’s capacity to achieve its results, and helping low-income people, especially vulnerable populations, achieve their potential by strengthening family and other supportive environments.
